Each small tile is hand rolled and cut from porcelain before being slowly dried then fired in our kilns overnight to almost 1300 degrees centigrade. The next stage is to individually hand paint each tile with glaze and then fire for the second time. The decoration is then applied and they go back in the kilns for the final nights firing.
